RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order, for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange.

Exchanges/returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. The full refund will be issued only if the merchandise is in "unused" condition minus shipping. If there is any sign of usage, wear, or marks, a re-stocking fee will be applied.

• SACROILIAC BELT returns within 30 days (from the purchase date) will be subject to $7.00 re-stocking fee.

• GEL ARC ELBOW BRACES returns within 30 days (from the purchase date) will be subject to $5.00 re-stocking fee.

• SACROTRAC returns within 30 days (from the purchase date) will be subject to $10.00 re-stocking fee.

• INFLATABLE PELVIC BLOCKS (pair) returns within 30 days (from the purchase date) will be subject to $8.00 re-stocking fee.

REFUND METHOD: The method in which you used to place the order will be the method that will be used to give you a full/ partial refund. For instance, if you placed your order using a credit card and would like to cancel the order and get refund, then we would issue your refund towards your credit card. If you sent us a check - we will use a check to to give you the refund.

Serola Biomechanics, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges for the returned merchandise. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, you will be liable for the shipping. All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 90 days. Serola Biomechanics will repair, replace, or refund sales price upon its discretion.

Manufacturer’s defected products are replaced free of charge and shipping cost.
