Pain occurs when the forearm muscles become tight and pull on their attachment to a bony knob, called the epicondyle, at the elbow; the medial epicondyle for the front of the forearm and the lateral epicondyle for the back of the forearm. Activity causes additional pull and continues the pain cycle.
Relief is provided by placing a compressive barrier between the muscles and the epicondyle, effectively shifting the pull to the barrier. Taking the stress off the epicondyle helps prevent further injury and pain, and allows for more efficient healing.

SI belt was sent to me not the gel arc elbow brace. I love the SI belt, I love the materials used and it works great.

I love that this brace is a one size fits all and is even customizable for the patients with smaller forearm sizes. Additionally, the Gel insert can either give a broader more general pressure, or a more distinct ridge of pressure depending on the patient's tolerance. My patient found it more helpful to use the ridged side. When I gave it to her to try she immediately told me that she liked it better than her existing brace because it stayed in place once it was on and more importantly it alleviated more pain than her previous brace. Will definitely recommend this brace for others in the future!

Love this product. I hurt my elbow bowling and this band has been a life saver! I am buying another one for another team friend who is suffering the same injury and hasn't been bowling for 4 weeks. I didn't miss any league play. Thanks for a great product.

Awesome product for TENNIS... Recently had a partial tear in my forearm and I can't afford to just stop playing tennis per the docs orders... I had tried other products, but came across this brace online and figured I give it a try, especially at this cost. Worked with it on the court the day I received the brace, it definitely assisted me in just being able to hit, only 7 days after the injury. The shape of gel offers great versatality and maneuverability of the arm, while compressing the muscle but still allowing the muscle to slightly give, offering the opportunity to heal the muscle correctly while still being able to PLAY! I will definitely continue to wear the brace unti eventually the tear heals, and beyond! Would highly reccommend!

I had pain in my Elbow and Forearm for over two years caused by a softball injury. I went to many Doctors and Specialist and they could not find anything wrong with my arm, and found slight signs of Arthritis in my Elbow. Nothing to warrant the pain I was experiencing.
After seeing a chiropractor and he suggested that I use your Gel Arc Elbow Brace for six weeks (I used it for 8) and my arm is back to normal. It is truly amazing. I now have my life back!! Thank you so very much. Gina
